PRICING & TRANSPARENCY
The price should reflect the work
You decide which components your website should include. That way you actively shape the scope – and with it the total price: transparent, clear and right for your business.
How your web design price is built
From the building blocks you choose – fairly calculated and tailored to your project. So you get exactly the website that fits your business, your goals and your budget.
Web design pricing: questions about scope and quotes
What affects web design pricing?
The scope depends mainly on the number of pages, the features required and the content you already have. A business website with a contact form involves different work than an online shop with payment and shipping options. The package overview helps you get your bearings. Additional services can change the overall scope. So describe your offer and the features you want, and together we'll work out which package is the right basis and which extensions make sense for your project.
Which package suits my project?
The Starter package includes up to five pages and works well as the basis for a clear business presence. The Business website offers room for up to ten pages. The Shop package is for businesses that want to sell products online. Compare the listed services with your requirements. The decision depends not only on the size of your business, but on what information and features your visitors need. If you're unsure, we'll discuss it with you personally.
How are texts, images and extensions handled?
On this page you'll find the included services and possible add-ons. You provide texts and images, or they are charged separately, as noted for the Business package. An extra language, additional products or a booking system can extend the scope. Let us know which materials you already have and which content still needs to be prepared, so planning can be matched to your situation. We discuss the exact combination based on your website and your wishes.
How do I get a quote for my website?
Tell us what kind of website you need and what it should present. Details on the number of pages, features, existing texts and images, and any current website are helpful. You don't need a finished concept. Together we clarify the key requirements and the right scope. The Services page explains our areas of work in more detail. You'll find examples of different designs in the portfolio. For a personal assessment, use the contact page or the enquiry buttons on this page.
How do we plan the timeline?
For the Starter package, the delivery time is around five to ten working days. For larger websites and online shops, the timeline depends on the scope of the project. It also matters which content is already prepared and when open questions can be resolved. So let us know early if you have a specific launch date in mind, and we'll discuss which steps are needed until then. Before development, pages, features and materials should be agreed as clearly as possible. That way you know what's needed next and when your feedback on the draft is most useful. We agree the specific timeline for your project personally.
What support is available after launch?
After completion, you can get support for updates and extensions on request – for example new content, extra pages, product uploads and technical questions. Monthly support is discussed on request. It's best to consider these services separately from the initial build of your website, so the scope stays clear. If your offer changes, we can check together which adjustments to the website make sense. Just describe the change you want and the materials you have, so we can clarify what work is needed and what support you require. You decide, based on your current needs, whether and what further development you'd like.
What does mobile optimisation in the packages mean?
All three packages include mobile optimisation. This means making the website work well on different screen sizes. Content, navigation and contact options should stay clear on a smartphone too. For your project we discuss which information is most important and how visitors should reach it. A good structure helps both on a computer and on the go. If you'd like to see examples of different websites, open our portfolio and compare the projects on the devices your clients use most. We take your feedback on the display into account when finalising the design.
What information helps when comparing packages?
First, note down the pages your visitors need and the actions they should be able to take on the website – such as an enquiry, a contact form, a product order or an appointment booking. Then check the services listed in the packages, taking into account your existing materials and possible extra features. Comparing based on concrete requirements is more helpful than deciding by the lowest price alone. If several packages could work, tell us your priorities and we'll discuss together which basis suits your project and what should be clarified before a quote.
