ABOUT US
Two sisters.
One shared vision.
We are Anna and Maria, the founders of Web by Sisters – two sisters, one in Germany, the other in Dubai. United by entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and a passion for building modern websites that create trust and make businesses visible.
We have both been entrepreneurs for many years and know the challenges from our own experience. Finding a reliable partner for a website often comes with uncertainty. Because a website is not a simple order – it's an investment in the future of a business.
That's exactly why we place special value on personal support, transparent communication and honest advice. We want our clients to always know where they stand, what the next steps are and which solutions truly make sense.
What we promise: clear processes, realistic expectations and results that work long term. And if something isn't right for us, we say so openly and directly. Because trust comes from honesty.
Every website is created individually – tailored to your business, your goals and the people you want to reach.
How we work together at Web by Sisters
Our different perspectives complement each other on every project. Maria focuses on the visual impact: what atmosphere does the website convey and how does the visit feel? Anna looks at strategy, content and features: what information do visitors need and what next step should they be able to take? Together we bring these questions into one presence that presents your business clearly.
To work with Web by Sisters, you don't need a finished concept. Tell us about your offer, your audience and your wishes. We'll work out with you which pages and features make sense and which materials you already have. You'll find examples of our work in the portfolio, including the jewellery online shop for Brilliant Emotions. This gives you a concrete impression of our design before we talk about your own project.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND WEB BY SISTERS
“How should it feel?”
I always ask myself this question before I start working. Not in the sense of pretty — but: what should someone feel when they open this page? What should they think about this business in the first three seconds — and whether they're in the right place? Only once I know that do I start designing.
For me, aesthetics are never an end in themselves. They are a tool — to build trust, create the right mood, convey atmosphere and individuality, and ultimately move people to act.
“Why — and what's the benefit?”
Before a single line of design is created, I want to understand who the client is, what philosophy lies behind their business and what concrete goals they have. Which problems we can solve — and how. And what belongs on their website, even if they can't name it themselves yet.
My strength is structure: strategy, content, functionality. I think in logic. But I never forget the people behind it.
